2. Processing & Tailoring Timelines

Because each couture silhouette is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, processing times vary based on the item type:

• Standard Catalogue items: Dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of payment verification.
• Custom Couture & Made-to-Measure outfits: Custom sizing, design reviews, fabric selection, and intricate hand embroidery require careful planning. These garments are dispatched within 3 to 6 weeks. The exact timeline is agreed upon during your private design consultation.

3. Transit Timelines & Delivery

Once your outfit has been verified for quality and packaged, it is handed over to our premium courier partners. Typical transit times are:

• Within Metro Areas: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Other Indian Coordinates: Delivery within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• International Destinations: Delivered in 7 to 12 business days (subject to customs clearance processes).

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Custom Duties & Taxes
