Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Overview

We start tailoring and processing your order shortly after payment verification to ensure timely delivery. This Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines and cancellation windows for standard and custom couture orders.

2. Standard Catalogue Cancellations

For standard catalogue items (unstitched or ready-made categories):

• You may request a cancellation within **24 hours** of order placement.
• Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours, as the package may have already been dispatched.
• If the order has already been shipped, you must receive the package first and then request a standard return in accordance with our **[Return & Refund Policy](/return-refund-policy)**.

3. Custom Couture Sizing & Bespoke Cancellations

Because bespoke made-to-measure outfits are individually planned, fabric cuts are made, and design sketches are finalized:

• You may request a cancellation within **24 hours** of placing a custom order.
• Once our design consultants review and approve your measurement record, or once fabric cutting has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If you need to change measurements or design details, please notify us within 48 hours of order placement. We will try our best to accommodate updates before tailoring begins.

4. Processing Refunds for Cancelled Orders

When a valid cancellation request is processed within the allowed window:

The transaction amount will be refunded directly to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within **5 to 7 business days**. You will receive an email confirmation containing the cancellation details and transaction reversal ID.

5. Cancellations by Vasundhara's Couture

We reserve the right to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• The selected fabric is unavailable or fails quality control checks.
• The payment is flagged as fraudulent or unauthorized by Razorpay.
• Unforeseen logistics constraints or force majeure events.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed to your account.
