Return & Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a luxury couture brand, our return and refund policies are designed to accommodate both standard catalog purchases and highly personalized made-to-measure collections.

2. Custom & Personalised Apparel Exception (Non-Returnable)

Every custom outfit is tailored to your exact measurements, fabric selections, and styling specifications:

• Custom-made, personalized, and stitched products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Exceptions are only made if a product is received in a damaged or defective state, or if the delivered measurements differ significantly from your approved sizing record.
• For sizing adjustments, we offer complimentary alterations at our Pune Galleria. Please contact our support team to schedule an alteration session.

3. Standard Catalog Items

For unstitched fabrics or standard catalog items (which do not require custom tailoring):

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all designer tags attached.
• The customer is responsible for shipping return items back to our Pune Galleria, or a reverse pick-up can be arranged where available.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your garment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery:

Please email photos of the damage to **vasundharascouture@gmail.com** along with your Order ID. Once our quality assurance team reviews the photos, we will process a replacement or a full refund.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Pune Galleria, we will send an email confirmation of receipt.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within **5 to 7 business days**. Please note that processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
